Dear Customer!

Normally, your order is shipped to you within two to five business days. Please be noted that if you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, the package will be shipped on the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Thursday, your shipment will be delivered between Saturday and Tuesday.

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing begins on the same day if an order is placed before 5 PM . If the order is placed after this time, it will be released on the next business day.

DELAYS

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

البدء فى طلبك

تبدأ معالجة الطلب في نفس اليوم إذا تم تقديم الطلب قبل الساعة 5 مساءً. إذا تم تقديم الطلب بعد هذا الوقت، فسيتم التعامل معه في يوم العمل التالي.

التأخير

في حالات نادرة جدًا، قد يستغرق التسليم وقتًا أطول من وقت الشحن المذكور أعلاه. معظم التأخيرات سببها بعض مشاكل النقل عبر المحافظات ، والتي للأسف لا نستطيع السيطرة عليها. ونطلب منكم الصبر والتفهم في حالة حدوث ذلك
